MOQ varies by product. For most spices and agricultural products, the minimum is one FCL (20ft container) or 5–10 MT consolidated. For sample evaluation, we can arrange 5–25 kg sample shipments via air freight at buyer's cost.
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 30% advance and 70% against scanned B/L copy, Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight from top-50 banks, and Documentary Collection (D/P) for established buyers. Sample orders can be paid via PayPal or Wise.
Yes. We provide free samples up to 1 kg for evaluation. For larger samples (1–25 kg), the buyer covers courier cost (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). Samples are typically dispatched within 3 working days from our Lamongan warehouse.
Absolutely. We operate with HACCP-certified partner facilities for OEM/ODM processing. We can produce under your brand with custom packaging design, retail-ready labeling, and destination-compliant artwork — minimum 1 container per SKU.
Standard documents include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (COO), Phytosanitary Certificate, and Health Certificate. FTA-preferential COO (Form E, Form D, etc.) and Halal/organic certificates are available on request.
Every shipment undergoes pre-shipment inspection with photos and lab reports shared before loading. If a quality issue is confirmed upon arrival, we replace the goods or issue credit — subject to third-party inspection report submitted within 30 days of discharge.
